Are you the one who loves helping customers further with their tax questions? In this role, you are the very first point of contact for users of our tax software. You listen, think along, and ensure that every customer is helped quickly and professionally.

• Providing assistance with the use of our software and online applications.

• Finding solutions for technical and functional software questions.

• Registering, analyzing, and translating customer questions into the best solution.

• Collaborating with colleagues from Support and Development to share knowledge.

• Escalating complex cases to the correct teams.

• Documenting questions and actions in writing.

• Thinking along about improvements in our service provision.

• You have an education in accountancy, tax law, fiscal economics or comparable experience.

• You know the world of tax returns and/or tax software.

• You are analytical, customer-oriented, and communicate clearly.

• You have excellent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.

• You listen well, ask the right questions, and analyze customer problems sharply.

• You have an interest in business processes and automation.

• You work accurately and in a structured manner.
