• A salary in scale D (€ 2,698 - € 3,213 based on 38 hours per week, in accordance with the DIY industry CAO);
• You will start with a training period in which you will get to know the store, processes, and responsibilities of the position well. During this period, you will be placed in a salary scale between € 2,599 and € 2,927 gross per month based on 38 hours per week. After successfully completing the training period, you will move on to the Senior Sales Associate salary scale.

As a Senior Sales Associate, you are an important part of the team. You maintain the overview, help customers with their questions and provide advice, but also ensure that your colleagues can work effectively. You are a fountain of knowledge, a working example, and the one who coordinates things when it gets busy. This is how you make every day a success together with your team.

With your knowledge and enthusiasm, you ensure that customers find exactly what they are looking for and receive advice that is truly useful to them.
