The role
As a born VE adventurer, you know exactly how to let children grow and flourish through play. You create an environment in which they can safely dream, discover, and learn. And do you know what is extra fun? As a pedagogical staff member, you get the space to bring your own creative ideas to life. At Partou in Amsterdam - Oostelijke Handelskade, we are looking for you!
About the location
In the heart of the Oostelijk-Havengebied, you will work at Partou POV Oostelijke Handelskade in a place where, as a pedagogical staff member, you make a difference every day. In the Piet Heinschool, we have a bright space full of play areas where children feel safe and free. The surroundings are bustling: you can easily walk to the shopping center or the park for a little expedition.
Indoors, you provide a fixed group of toddlers with a warm structure and plenty of space to play, discover, and grow. Outdoors, you enjoy a large outdoor area with various play equipment. Here, you run, sing, and play games with children who participate with full enthusiasm. The toddler daycare is easily accessible and is located next to Panama, in the street of the Brazilië shopping center. Parking nearby is paid.
We work with one group of children from two to four years old and offer pre-school and early childhood education. You use games, music, stories, and activities to prepare children step by step for primary school. Music plays an important role, as it strengthens language development.
You will become part of a dedicated, permanent team that sees, helps, and collaborates with one another. As a pedagogical staff member, you bring creativity, warmth, and structure. Here, you grow along with the children and contribute every day to their self-confidence, development, and enjoyment.
