Fabrication Manager

• Leading the production and assembly team.

• Responsible for all fabrication and assembly activities of OOE products and components.

• Ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient working environment, with a strong focus on HSSE.

• Daily management of the activities in the production and assembly hall.

• Drafting, monitoring, and maintaining the production and assembly planning.

• Executing and coordinating QA/QC checks during the fabrication and assembly process.

• Selecting and managing reliable suppliers, materials, and (sub)contractors.

• Responsible for procurement and contract activities of the fabrication department according to existing and further to be developed procedures.

• Monitoring delivery times, material availability, and stocks for the benefit of an uninterrupted production process.

• Budget management and planning of fabrication-related procurement in coordination with project managers.

• Drafting procurement and production reports for management and projects.

• Actively contributing to the further development of quality, procurement, and production management processes within Oceans of Energy

Oceans of Energy is looking for a Fabrication Manager for our fabrication team. In this role, you are responsible for the daily management of our production and assembly location. You ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment and monitor the progress, quality, and planning of the activities.

You lead the construction and assembly team and have a strong focus on HSSE, quality, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you ensure that materials and parts are available in a timely manner and maintain close contact with suppliers.
