Team Leadership: Build and manage project teams, handle performance assessments, and foster long-term staff development.
Stakeholder Relations: Proactively manage client requirements, report progress to the Operations Director, and act as a key troubleshooter.
What We're Looking For

Solid practical knowledge of marine installations, asset capabilities, and risk assessment techniques.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, empower, and present.
Commercial acumen with strong budgeting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of QHSE legislation, safety management systems, and ISO standards (9001/14001).
