For ICN 8, we are looking for a Technician.

Within NXP ICN8, there are 4 production Areas. Each Area consists of multiple departments (sections). Two of these sections are WET and FURN, which fall under Area 3, and this is where we have the vacancies available.

Within these sections, operators work in 5-shift service. Additionally, technicians work in 5-shift service and 2-shift service respectively, and furthermore, engineers work in this section in day shifts. Operators, technicians, and engineers all work in the ICN8 cleanroom, and work intensively together.

The 5-shift technicians are deployed to resolve disturbances in electrical and mechanical components of the systems in the assigned section. Additionally, you must be able to resolve process and machine-related disturbances simultaneously. Preventive maintenance is also part of your task package. The execution of the work will, where possible, be carried out according to procedures, flow diagrams, or checklists with the aim of high equipment availability.

You will first be trained in the 2-shift service by the most experienced technicians and engineers. This training will start with performing preventive maintenance, and subsequently, you will receive training in being able to resolve electrical or mechanical malfunctions on the systems.

The training will last approximately 1 ½ to 2 years.

• MBO technical (electrical, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, metal-electro) at WEB 4 level

• Disciplined working attitude

• Ability to function under high work pressure

• Result-oriented mindset

• Good analytical skills.

• Flexibility regarding availability outside of your own shift schedule

• Basic knowledge of the English language

• Eager to learn, willingness to follow training
