• You have extensive and demonstrable experience as a producer within television productions and quickly master systems such as AFAS Whatson and MediaCentral;

• You are an organizational talent, resistant to stress, and have the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously;

• You have financial insight and are meticulous;

• You have excellent communication skills, both oral and written;

A fixed-term contract from mid-November 2026 through at least March 2027. Depending on knowledge and experience, this position will be remunerated within salary scale G (€ 3,449.57 - € 5,056.94) of the CAO for Broadcasting Personnel. Other employment conditions are also in accordance with the CAO for Broadcasting Personnel.

The NTR is the broadcaster behind acclaimed titles such as Het Klokhuis, Andere Tijden, Culture Bites, Nieuwsuur, and De Lesbische Liga. In the fields of culture, information, education, and science, we offer content for all target groups, with programs and platforms that inspire and lead to new insights and personal growth.

For our Youth 2 editorial team, we are looking for the new project Klokhuis PUPS starting mid-November for a

• Drafting and monitoring the production schedule;

• Coordinating a complex ten-week recording period with a 24/7 livestream;

• Preparing and organizing filming days;

• Being regularly present on location during recordings (the exact location in the Netherlands is yet to be determined);

• Supervising post-production;

• Managing the budget approved by the coordinating producer;

• Drafting the final calculation based on the budget and actual costs;

• Being responsible for the financial, administrative, facility, and logistical handling of the production;

• Negotiating with freelancers and other involved parties regarding rates and agreements;

• Contributing to a safe, sustainable, and inclusive production environment.

16 - 24 hours per week, building up to 36 hours from January 1, 2027

As a producer for Klokhuis PUPS , you will follow a puppy litter via a 24/7 livestream for ten weeks, supplemented by social media content. Because this production format is new, we are looking for someone who loves to pioneer, does not shy away from technology, and develops new ways of working together with the technical producer. Additionally, you are responsible for the production coordination and contact with involved parties, such as the breeder and the veterinarian. You ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

• You truly love dogs. Preferably, you have a dog yourself, grew up with them, or have experience with dogs in some other way;

It is important that you are an experienced producer who has mastered the craft and requires little guidance. You feel at home in an environment where not everything is fixed in advance and you know how to tackle new challenges quickly and pragmatically. Because this is a new and innovative project, even for us, flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential. Due to working with live animals, work and recording times may also take place outside regular office hours. We aim to complete the project at the end of March, but the exact duration depends on the birth date of the puppies.
