We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to strengthen our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for realizing strategic, mission-critical projects with a lead time of approximately one year. You will use your leadership skills to inspire teams and successfully tackle complex challenges.

• Project definition and approach: You analyze business objectives, perform impact analyses, and define clear project mandates. You advise on commercial preparation (for example, regarding business cases and bid processes) and provide acquisition support.

• Planning and coordination: You develop project plans, set priorities, and coordinate all phases: from development and realization to implementation and aftercare.

• Team leadership and coaching: You lead multidisciplinary teams (25 fte) and guide less experienced colleagues in their development.

• Quality and risk management: You monitor quality and identify risks, proactively proposing solutions and convincing stakeholders.

• Stakeholder management: You report at executive level (N-2/N-1 level) and ensure support among internal and external stakeholders.

• Optimization: You identify opportunities to improve processes and results and translate these into strategic advice.
