F&B Specialist (Cook)

• A passion for cooking, radiating enthusiasm, and knowing how to get things done.

• Work experience in the kitchen.

• Thorough knowledge of food products and knowledge of hygiene according to HACCP standards. BHV and Social Hygiene certificates are a plus;

• A strong sense of responsibility and considers the kitchen of our Bistro as your domain, where everything is neat, organized, and in optimal condition.

• Good social skills; you find it important to make real contact with your colleagues, enjoy having a chat, and take pleasure in surprising them with the best food and relieving them of as much hassle as possible.

The Bistro of CM.com is the primary workspace of CM's Food and Beverage team. As a Cook, you will work together with your team colleagues to ensure that our employees at the CM.com headquarters in Breda can enjoy good food day in and day out.

Every day, the Bistro offers a diverse breakfast and lunch buffet for approximately 250 employees in Breda. Additionally, you will arrange business lunches for clients, organize cooking workshops, and are responsible for dinner buffets and snacks during events. You have a passion for cooking and, with your sense of hospitality, know how to transform every occasion into a flavorful experience.

The Food & Beverage team is a small and close-knit team. Your working days are, in principle, from Monday to Friday. You primarily work during office hours. Occasionally, you will work a Friday afternoon drink, but exact working hours are determined flexibly in consultation, because we also occasionally expect your presence at other events or drinks.

Healthy, fresh, and tasty. Those are the keywords for you. In addition, you do not lose sight of the presentation. After all, your dishes are a calling card for the company and represent what we as CM.com want to project: professional, healthy, and innovative.

A few months ago, we launched our very own, brand-new CM.com Food Program, a super cool concept where vitality, hospitality, and quality are central. Via an online platform, CM.com colleagues can (completely free of charge) choose from three hot dishes daily, throughout the entire week. Varied, healthy, and delicious food is central to this, so that there is something suitable for everyone. Additionally, we work with seasonal, fresh, and local products within the Food Program. This allows us to not only focus on the health and satisfaction of our colleagues but also contribute to sustainability and environmental awareness. Our F&B team ensures that the dishes remain surprising, that feedback is processed, and that we can tell stories about the products we work with.
