The role
For our CMA Franchise Partner Store G-STAR Haarlem, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Store Manager.
What you'll do
As our new Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations regarding the store and the employees. With your commercial mindset, you implement new ideas and processes to take this store to a higher level. You are responsible for managing and motivating your team, achieving the KPIs, and together with your team, you ensure a positive G-STAR experience for our customers!

- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a leadership role in Retail;
- You are goal-oriented and driven to achieve the intended KPIs;
- You ensure a positive G-Star experience for our customers;
- You have a commercial, enthusiastic, and driven mindset;
- You are a strong communicator, customer-oriented, proactive, and a true team player;
- You have courage and are organizationally strong;
- You are fashion-minded, follow trends and developments closely, and inspire our customers;
- Available full-time (4 days is also negotiable).
