Weekend Assistant Bijenkorf Utrecht

As a Sales Advisor in our shop-in-shop in the Bijenkorf in Utrecht, you will receive a lot of responsibility. A Store Manager is not standing next to you every day, and therefore you largely determine for yourself what is needed to make your shop run well.

You maintain an overview, ensure the shop looks good, replenishes products, and sees where opportunities lie. Is it quiet for a moment? Then you don't just wait, but you think about what you can do to further help the shop, the sales, or the team.

You also take the lead commercially. You actively make contact with customers, even when they are only looking around. With your energy, personal attention, and sense of style, you make customers enthusiastic about My Jewellery and help them find items that truly suit them.

Because you work independently, you also get the space to make decisions yourself. For example, does a customer come with a question or a complaint? Then you first look at what you can solve yourself. Of course, you can always coordinate with your Store Manager when necessary. You also have regular contact with colleagues in the Boutique and are also involved with the team outside the Bijenkorf.

• You actively approach customers and ensure everyone feels seen;

• You provide personal styling and product advice;

• You see commercial opportunities and make customers enthusiastic about My Jewellery;

• You feel responsible for your shop-in-shop and ensure that it always looks well-maintained and attractive;

• You independently see which tasks are necessary and take them on;

• You think along about promotions, ideas, and ways to further improve the shop;

• You represent My Jewellery and our core values within the Bijenkorf.
