We ask

· Minimum completed MBO4 education (preferably Vapro, bioprocess technology, process technology, similar, or higher).

· Several years of work experience as a Senior Operator in which coaching and guiding employees is explicitly emphasized.

· Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.

· Experience working in a cleanroom and GMP is a plus.

· Experience with Microsoft Office, Reliance, and SAP.

· Good communication skills, both oral and written, in the Dutch language.

· Willingness to work in shift work, including weekends.

· You have technical knowledge and/or an affinity with technology.

For our Animal Health location in Boxmeer, we are looking for a

Senior Visual Inspection Operator

About the role
As a Senior Operator, you are independent, accurate, and responsible for safety and the correct execution of activities required to manage the visual inspection process, both manually and automatically, effectively. In this role, you supervise quality and documentation, recognize deviations, and communicate and report them. You work on improvements to processes and methodologies (Improvement) and assist the Operational Coach and supporting departments in doing so.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the daily production process and providing direction to a team of operators;
• Coaching and training new operators;
• Reporting deviations using the digital management system;
• Daily production activities such as inventory management using SAP and creating staff schedules.

· Mastered Operator and Senior tasks within your own work area and act as the point of contact for first-line troubleshooting;

· Registering and following up on deviations regarding safety regulations, procedures, and during malfunctions via systems such as SAP, Reliance, Enablon, etc.;

· Involved in problem analyses from raw material to end product and their development, as a team member in 8-Step Problem Solving, Kaizen, Basic Problem Solving, etc.;

· Adheres to guidelines and observes applicable regulations during activities (including GMP and SHE);

· Support for the Operational Coach / Operations Manager regarding reporting / trending and problem solving.

This concerns a position in 2-shift service from Monday to Friday.
