Visual Inspection Operator

• At least a completed MBO2 education (Preferably MBO3 Vapro, bioprocess technology, process technology, similar or higher)

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is a plus

• Experience working with GMP is a plus

• Good communication skills, both oral and written, in the Dutch language

• Willing to work in two-shift service in a 5-day roster

• You have technical knowledge and/or an affinity for technology

For our Animal Health location in Boxmeer, we are looking for a

As an Operator, you inspect the filled products both manually and via an automatic visual inspection machine. This concerns the visual inspection and vacuum testing of vaccines for animals. In this role, you are responsible for assessing quality, completing batch documentation, timely sampling, logistics, and ensuring that a batch is delivered completely. In case of deviations, you communicate and report these to your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspecting products

• Vacuum testing products

• Starting up, checking, and producing with an automatic visual inspection machine

• Preparing samples taken during production for shipment

• Mastering all tasks within the department's work area after training

• Reporting deviations regarding safety regulations, procedures, and malfunctions to the supervisor

• Adhering to guidelines and observing applicable regulations during activities (including GMP and SHE)

This concerns a position in 2-shift service from Monday to Friday.
