• You will receive an hourly wage between €11.39 and €18.63, depending on your age and education.

• Your monthly salary includes 8% holiday allowance and your holiday days are paid out pro rata

• A 0-hour contract, so that you can create a suitable schedule in consultation with your supervisor in combination with your studies

• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting between home and work, and for trips to clients and from office-to-office, you will receive €0.34 per kilometer

Are you studying HBO Accountancy or Finance & Control and want to gain relevant work experience alongside your studies? Then this is your chance! As a working student in accountancy at Moore MKW, you will work in practice two days a week, earn some extra income, and learn how things really work in the profession. You will become part of a close-knit team and get plenty of room to grow (further). Now and later.

As a working student, you participate in our compilation practice. You perform work similar to a junior assistant accountant, but in a part-time capacity of 16 hours per week. Your activities at a glance: 

• You assist in the compilation of less complex components of annual accounts.  

• You record your activities neatly in our systems. 

• You prepare corporate income tax returns (under supervision). 

• You keep your colleagues informed of progress and results. 

• You collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines. 

• You actively think along about improvements within our work.

The accountancy team in Doetinchem is accessible, involved, and works closely together. With three different teams within the department, there is a lot of variation in activities and clients. One of the teams specializes in the supermarket industry, a sector in which Moore MKW is known nationally for its expertise. Additionally, you will work for a large diversity of SME entrepreneurs, primarily located in the Achterhoek. The Achterhoek mentality of down-to-earthness, involvement, and short lines can be seen in both our clients and our colleagues. You will receive a lot of responsibility, learn from experienced colleagues, and discover along the way which clients, sectors, and activities suit you best. Of course, there is also room for socializing. Fun activities are regularly organized where connection is central.

• You will be paired with a buddy who will show you the ropes in the organization and serve as your point of contact during your onboarding process
