ROLE SUMMARY Rigger for heavy lifting and transport projects €3,000 - €3,835 gross per month (depending on experience) Location: Netherlands Our Riggers are indispensable on the most challenging lifting and transport projects. As a Rigger, you will work closely with crane operators, supervisors, and colleagues on-site, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Whether it involves slinging a load, guiding lifting operations, or performing assembly and disassembly work on cranes and structures, you play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects. With your technical insight, safety awareness, and a proactive work attitude, you are an important link within the team and contribute daily to the safe movement of heavy and complex loads. WHAT YOU WILL DO Slinging, guiding, and positioning loads during lifting and transport operations. Supporting crane operators through hand signals and radio communication. Inspecting and selecting lifting gear. Monitoring orders, planning instructions, and lifting plans. Checking safety on and around the workplace. Ensuring that all activities are carried out according to the applicable safety, quality, and operational standards. WHAT YOU NEED A completed technical education or an affinity for technology. Possession of a Slinger / Rigger certificate or willingness to obtain this by following internal training. VCA-VOL or willingness to obtain this. Driving license B and possession of your own car is a requirement. Proficiency in the Dutch and/or English language. You can convey information clearly, effectively, and appropriately. A high sense of responsibility and a strong focus on safety. Flexibility regarding working hours and work locations. Willingness to continuously learn and further develop yourself.
