At KEUNE, we believe that a strong global brand is built through consistent local execution. As part of the Global Subsidiaries team, you will help our own markets grow by coordinating international campaigns, trade marketing activities, and events.

You will work from our Global Head Office in Soest and report to the Global Marketing Manager - Subsidiaries. You will work closely with local markets, the Global Brand team, and other teams within the head office.

• Coordinating the rollout of the Global Marketing Calendar across all owned subsidiaries.

• Coordinating product launches, promotional campaigns, and key marketing activations.

• Ensuring markets have the information, materials, and tools required for successful local execution.

• Creating clear schedules, defining responsibilities, and following up on actions and deadlines.

• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues that may affect execution.

• Collecting feedback from markets and insights from results to improve future campaigns.

• Supporting the development and execution of the Trade Marketing Strategy and Calendar.

• Coordinating trade marketing projects that support commercial growth within the subsidiaries.

• Supporting the development of promotions, sales tools, and customer programs.

• Ensuring initiatives are clearly briefed, delivered on time, and executed consistently.

• Analyzing results and using them, along with market feedback, to improve future activities.

• Taking responsibility for events organized in the Netherlands for international colleagues, customers, and potential customers, with support from the Marketing & Events Intern.

• Managing the entire process: from planning and guest communication to stakeholder alignment, logistics, and on-site execution.

• Ensuring every event and visit is professionally organized and aligns with Keune's premium positioning.

• Acting as a key connecting link between the subsidiaries, the Global Brand team, and other teams within the head office.

• Building strong working relationships with local Marketing Managers and gaining insight into their opportunities and challenges.

• Bringing stakeholders together and creating clarity regarding objectives, responsibilities, schedules, and decisions.

• Proactively following up and ensuring that agreed-upon arrangements and actions are carried out.

• Communicating confidently with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

• Overseeing consistent brand execution across all subsidiaries.

• Reviewing local campaign execution and providing clear and constructive guidance where necessary.

• Helping markets translate the global brand strategy into strong local activations, while safeguarding Keune's premium positioning.

• Guiding and supporting the Marketing & Events Intern in their daily work and professional development.
