Job Description
As an All-round Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability and continuity of production and utility systems within an innovative pharmaceutical environment. You play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of installations that contribute to the production of 'custom made' medicines. In a dynamic working environment, you will work in a 5-shift system (continuous) together with colleagues to resolve malfunctions quickly and efficiently and implement improvements. A candidate has already been identified for this position.

What you'll do

Locating, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions in production and utility installations
Prioritizing and coordinating work orders in consultation with operations and team members
Performing maintenance, service, and optimization work on installations
Analyzing complex technical problems and sharing knowledge with colleagues and contractors
Identifying opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and systems and implementing optimizations
Ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and compliance regulations during activities
Actively contributing to a safe working environment and supporting team handovers and collaboration within shifts

Requirements and qualifications

MBO 4 working and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering or measurement and control technology
Demonstrable technical experience within an industrial environment (e.g., as a maintenance or service technician)
Strong expertise in analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions
Focus on installation availability, reliability, and risk mitigation
Good collaboration skills and the ability to make decisions independently
Proactive and result-oriented attitude with an eye for quality and safety
In possession of a B driver's license
