• Demonstrable experience in a medical sales role with a strong focus on results and customer impact.
• High level of intellectual and commercial curiosity with a proven ability to maintain an overview in complex situations.
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness, with a proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse business stakeholders.

Your Impact: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Account Specialist with a strong drive and dynamism, who is well acquainted with the hospital sector, and particularly the immunology market in the Netherlands. As an Account Specialist, you will get the unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the healthcare sector and the lives of patients with unmet medical needs, such as in psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.

Your Role: In this dynamic position, you are responsible for building and maintaining valuable relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. You ensure that our innovative medicines are utilized optimally, through the right therapeutic choices and within the framework of applicable guidelines. You act as a reliable and expert partner by combining both scientific knowledge and customer needs.

• Developing and implementing an efficient, result-oriented account plan in collaboration with a cross-functional team.
• Preparing every customer interaction to optimally position your product, in line with our integrated marketing and sales plan.
• Directing activities in your region and acting as a central point of contact for internal functions, such as Strategic Partnership Management, Medical Science Liaison, and Field Access Manager.
• Regularly adjusting your account plan to achieve the set goals.
