• MBO-3 level, in the direction of Process Technology (VAPRO B)
• Team spirit and a sense of responsibility 
• Willing to work in shift work 

• Salary in the top 25% of the market in the Netherlands - Your gross monthly salary is approximately between €3,000 and €3,700, depending on your experience and background
• 13th month
• 8% holiday allowance
• Excellent pension scheme (only 2% employee contribution)
• 25 vacation days + 23 ADV days (incorporated into the roster) 
• Full travel expense reimbursement (5–50 km)
• Overtime is fully paid

• Keeping production running from the control room and on the shop floor 
• Solving small technical malfunctions yourself or together with mechanics 
• Thinking along about how we can work better – your ideas count! 
• Working in a 5-shift system (3-4-3 roster)
