Process Operator - Coffee Factory

For the position of Process Operator, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

MBO-3 working and thinking level and an education in Process Engineering/technology;

Knowledge and insight into both complex production processes as well as OPS systems (=controlling and accountability)

Knowledge of automation, such as MES, SCADA;

You prefer working together with others;

You are also willing to work in a 5-shift service (3-4-3 roster).

As a Process Operator, you are responsible for the daily production progress of our coffee factory. You adhere to the applicable safety, technical, quality, and hygiene regulations/procedures and take responsibility for them. Naturally, within a skilled team with a good working atmosphere.

Your other responsibilities as a Process Operator:

From the control room, you ensure that production continues;

In the factory, you walk around to monitor the process;

In case of technical problems, you solve them yourself or coordinate with the mechanics;

You participate in project groups such as Autonomous Maintenance;

You make substantive proposals for the improvement of procedures, regulations, process improvement, and the prevention of production problems;

You follow relevant (CGO) training courses to increase your knowledge and competencies.
