IP/Datacom Technical Support Engineer (Dutch Speaking) - Graduate Program in The Hague

• Providing technical support and expertise for solutions in the field of Internet Protocol (IP) and data networks (Datacom), including routers, switches, firewalls, Software Defined Networking (SDN), and network automation platforms, such as Huawei iMaster Network Cloud Engine (iMaster NCE).

• Planning and delivering technical training, workshops, and certification support for partners, to strengthen their knowledge and skills in implementing and maintaining Huawei Internet Protocol (IP) and data network solutions.

• Supporting the full execution of Internet Protocol (IP) and data network projects, including validating solution designs, troubleshooting technical issues, migration activities, and providing on-site and remote technical support.

• Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues during the implementation and management of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and high customer and partner satisfaction.

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing materials for both the internal team and partners.
