Role: Junior Marketing Manager (Enterprise) - Graduate Program

Work Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands

• Marketing Strategy & Planning: Supporting the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing plans by collecting relevant market data, monitoring budgets, tracking progress, and coordinating follow-up actions with regional teams and business units.

• Industry & Solution Marketing: Conducting research into market developments, industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within key sectors, such as financial services, the public sector, energy, and manufacturing. Supporting the preparation of marketing materials, including solution briefs, whitepapers, presentations, customer cases, and success stories, under the guidance of experienced marketing colleagues.

• Digital Marketing: Supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns via social media, websites, email, and paid channels. Tasks may include preparing and adapting content, scheduling posts, updating webpages, coordinating campaign materials, and monitoring campaign performance.

• Events & Partner Marketing: Supporting the organization and execution of customer events, trade fairs, roundtables, webinars, and other marketing activities. Assisting with logistics, invitations, registrations, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up. Collaborating with business partners on joint marketing campaigns and co-marketing activities.

• Reporting & Collaboration with Sales: Monitoring key marketing KPIs, such as leads, engagement, conversion, and campaign effectiveness. Preparing periodic reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and collaborating with sales teams to support lead follow-up and handover, and to continuously improve future marketing activities.

*The scope may be adjusted if the business requires it.

• Completed bachelor's and/or master's degree at a research university (WO) in 2025 or 2026, in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology, or a similar field, recently obtained or expected to be completed in 2026.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Mandarin is a plus.

• Relevant practical experience gained through internships, student jobs, university projects, student organizations, or similar activities is a plus. Full-time work experience is not required.

• Strong interest in technology and the Enterprise ICT sector, including topics such as data centers and networks.

• Motivation to learn how technological solutions address customer challenges and create business value. Technical prior knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Canva, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical, communicative, and organizational skills, combined with a proactive, structured, and result-oriented working attitude.

• Strong sense of teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
