Online Marketing (paid) Internship

During this internship, you will work together with channel specialists on paid advertising campaigns via channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Google. You will contribute ideas for new collaborations with influencers and creators, maintain contact with them, and support the drafting of briefings and the execution of campaigns, from idea to launch. Additionally, you will gain insight into how campaigns are translated into media plans and learn the full process of strategy, execution, and optimization. Depending on your commitment and development, you will receive increasing responsibility and grow into a versatile online marketer with experience within paid media and advertising. At HEMA, we don't stand still. Therefore, during your internship, you will also learn about the possibilities of AI and contribute ideas on how we can take our strategy to a higher level using smart, AI-driven platforms. You will work on developing AI workflows and automations and, of course, on our AI-search visibility (LLMs, generative search).

• You are pursuing a HBO/WO (Higher Professional/Academic) education in the field of Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or Commercial Economics.
• From February 2027, you are available 4 days per week for a working internship in which you can fully participate in the team (35 hours).
• You have excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
• You have an affinity with omnichannel, e-commerce, and know how to empathize well with the target audience.
• You show enthusiasm, work accurately, and switch easily between different tasks.
• You will get the opportunity during the internship to conduct research into a relevant topic or issue within our team.
