Then we are looking for you! For our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and sociable Flex Merchandiser.

As a Flex Merchandiser, you are the flexible force within our team. Unlike our Mobile Merchandisers, you do not have a fixed territory, but instead fly across the entire region. You jump in wherever help is needed, and as a result, you get to know new partners and colleagues every day. Super varied, and never boring!

At the retail partners you visit weekly, you will be involved in, among other things:

• Installing new collections

• Restocking our items

• Ensuring that the items are hanging neatly and well-presented

• Maintaining contact with the partners

Because you visit everywhere in the region, you see many different stores and teams in a short time. This makes you broadly deployable and ensures that you quickly know how to find your way anywhere. No one knows our products and the various store formats as well as you do, and you demonstrate that everywhere you go.

This position is ideal to combine with your family, because in this role you determine your own start time. What time you start depends on the number of working hours you complete that day. Do you want a bit more leeway to drop the children off at school calmly? That is possible! Afterwards, you drive to your first location of the day, which can be somewhere else in the region every time. No rush in the morning, but all the time to see the children off before you truly begin your workday.

Every day you see a different store. You arrive at the partner and greet the store staff, often new faces. Are there any specific details or points of attention? Next, you get to work on organizing the items, restocking, and installing the new collection. As soon as everything looks spick and span again, you drive to the next location, somewhere else in the region.

• Someone who works independently, takes initiative, and is not afraid of a challenge

• A reliable and honest person, with a great sense of dedication, respect, and appreciation for others

• In possession of a completed MBO education, in terms of work and thinking level

• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch

• In possession of a driver's license

• You enjoy being somewhere else all the time, and switch easily between different stores and teams

• Room to fill in (part of) your working hours yourself

• A company car

• A company phone and a business email account

• An attractive pension scheme

• A close-knit team, with a WhatsApp group that is always active
