Fancy an ambitious team, an uncomplicated atmosphere, casual office look, and a relaxed Friday evening? Are you a recent university graduate or at the beginning of your career and want to get truly hands-on in operational sales? Perfect!
As a Junior Account Manager, you are the engine of our growth: you help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to grow quickly and easily through tailored credit lines and flexible financing solutions.🚀
We are among the fastest-growing FinTechs in our industry and are revolutionizing corporate finance. While traditional banks are often sluggish, we provide the mid-market with the necessary liquidity for its daily business, inventory purchases, and investments. With over 800 million euros in SME loans granted and a team of more than 80 passionate professionals, we are now conquering the German market. This is your chance to become part of an established FinTech with startup energy and scale-up dynamics and to help shape something from the ground up.
Manage inbound pipeline & deals: You reliably manage incoming inquiries and qualified leads (no cold calling!) from the first contact until the credit line is activated.
Conduct financing discussions at eye level: You speak directly with owners and managing directors (via phone, email, and chat), analyze their liquidity needs, and present our flexible credit solutions to them.
Close deals successfully: You negotiate credit limits and terms with purpose, answer follow-up questions, and convince entrepreneurs of the advantages of our solution compared to classic bank loans.
Accompany pipeline & risk processes: You keep our CRM system clean and work closely with our risk team to enable fast and unbureaucratic credit decisions.
Help shape processes: You contribute your own ideas to make the processing of credit applications for the German market even faster and more customer-friendly.
We are looking for motivated career starters with an entrepreneurial spirit who are eager for B2B sales practice and the FinTech world.
You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in the field of economics, business administration, finance, management, or a comparable discipline – direct entrants fresh from university are expressly welcome!
Strong interest in the topics of SMEs, the mid-market, FinTech, and corporate finance (initial practical experience in B2B sales, banking, or customer contact is an advantage, but not a must).
You bring a hands-on mentality: You like to roll up your sleeves, work in a solution-oriented manner, and have no hesitation about speaking directly with managing directors about their financing needs.
You are strong in communication, goal-oriented and enjoy explaining complex financing solutions in a simple and convincing way.
You speak German at a native level and have good English skills.
The position is initially remote/hybrid (preferably from the NRW / West Germany region or the Netherlands). However, occasional team days or events in the Netherlands (HQ in Den Bosch) are part of the overall experience. We take complete care of your travel and accommodation:
A high-quality hotel right next to our office
An excellent dinner and fresh breakfast
Full reimbursement of all travel expenses (incl. 1st class train ticket)
We ensure that your stay is comfortable and perfectly organized – so that you can focus fully on the team and the Floryn experience.
Would you like to help shape Floryn's success in Germany from the very beginning and make a real difference for German SMEs?
Apply directly – you don't need a long cover letter with us. We look forward to meeting you!
