Kickstart your career in the world of ticketing and live entertainment
Do you love theater, concerts, and live events? Do you enjoy communicating with people and do you find satisfaction in everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Then this could just be your place.
As a Client Success Executive you will work in the heart of the world of ticketing and live entertainment. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that performances and events sell well, tickets are available in the right places, and customers are helped quickly when something changes.
One day you are arranging extra seats for an almost sold-out performance. The next day, you are setting up a new show for sale or coordinating with a theater regarding ticket prices and availability.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everything surrounding ticket sales runs smoothly for our clients and productions.
Maintaining contact with theaters, producers, and other clients regarding their shows and ticket sales.
Managing ticket allotments: are there enough tickets left, can we get extra seats, or should tickets actually be returned?
Monitoring sales and taking action if a performance is, for example, almost sold out or lagging behind.
Setting up new shows and events in our ticketing systems.
Checking if prices and ticket information are correct and processing texts and images for the ticket shops.
Handling customer inquiries and last-minute changes quickly.
Assisting with larger concerts and projects, for example with seating layouts and ticket categories.
Ensuring that agreements and changes are properly maintained.
Thinking along about how we can organize things smarter, easier, or more clearly.
And sometimes something suddenly needs to happen right now. An extra show, a change just before sales start, or a client who needs something quickly. That is just part of working in live entertainment.
We are not necessarily looking for someone with a long CV. We find it much more important that you are curious, dare to take responsibility, and are enthusiastic about our sector.
You have completed at least an MBO education and are available 32 to 40 hours a week.
You have a real affinity with theater, music, festivals, events, or live entertainment.
You work accurately and like to maintain an overview.
You enjoy contact with customers.
You can easily switch between different tasks.
You quickly master new systems.
You do not find administrative work to be a problem.
You like to think along when something can be done smarter or easier.
You speak and write good Dutch and English.
You ask questions when you do not know something yet and want to keep learning.
Experience with ticketing or the events industry is a plus, but certainly not a must.
Because we are just as crazy about live entertainment as our clients and visitors. We work behind the scenes on concerts, festivals, theaters, and other events that people look forward to.
The atmosphere with us is informal, open, and very direct. You get a lot of freedom, can easily approach colleagues, and get the space to share ideas and tackle things your way.
And the best part? You regularly see the results of your work. Sometimes just in the system, sometimes in a sold-out venue, and sometimes you are standing among the audience yourself.
Ready to take your place behind the scenes?
Apply now and who knows, you might soon be working on the events that people look forward to.
Skip that motivation letter. We will ask you a few short questions and would rather hear directly what makes you enthusiastic about this role and the world of live entertainment.
At EVENTIM, we work every day on the live moments that people look forward to. From an evening in the theater to a festival weekend, concert, or sporting event.
In the Netherlands and Belgium, we work together with organizers, theaters, venues, and festivals such as Holland zingt Hazes, Theatersensatie Harry Potter, Best Kept Secret Roxy Dekker, Libéma Open, Holiday on Ice, Paradiso, and Doornroosje.
At the same time, we are part of one of the largest ticketing and live entertainment organizations in Europe. Large enough to work on extraordinary events, but in daily practice, primarily an organization with short lines, lots of collaboration, and colleagues who also love attending events themselves.
