Dura Vermeer Bouw Heyma is looking for all-round carpenters with a true go-getter mentality for our projects in the South Holland region. As an all-round carpenter at Dura Vermeer Bouw Heyma, you will work on diverse projects in South Holland and play an essential role in the execution of our transformation and renovation projects. You are a craftsman or craftswoman who can work independently but also functions well in a team. You read drawings, perform carpentry work, and actively contribute ideas on the construction site. You will be given the space to demonstrate your craftsmanship and to further develop it. No two days are the same, and you will work alongside colleagues who, just like you, are proud of their work. Within our organization, there is an informal atmosphere where we know each other and pull together.

• You are a true doer/go-getter;

• A craftsman/woman with demonstrable passion for the carpentry field;

• Proficiency in the Dutch language and communicative skills, as you are ultimately our calling card;

• You are only satisfied when the clients are satisfied. You therefore work neatly, methodically, in a structured, and enthusiastic manner with customers and colleagues.

• In accordance with the CAO Bouw & Infra, a medical examination may be part of the application procedure. For this position, the examination is mandatory if you are starting work in construction and infra for the first time, or if you have not worked as an employee in construction and infra in the past 3 years AND an entry examination has not previously taken place for the same or a similar position for which you are applying.

• The salary for this position is the gross guaranteed wage according to function group D: € 3,628.80 per 4-week period (based on 40 hours).

• In addition, you can count on a performance bonus per period, depending on your work experience.

• In addition to your salary, there is a fixed amount for a Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (4.51% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• A good salary that grows along with your development;

• 48 leave days per year according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. The value of 18 of these days is deposited into the Time Savings Fund;

• A smartphone;

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership;

• You will be provided with a company car (grey license plate) and travel hours will be reimbursed according to Cao;

• With a contract for an indefinite period, you can choose a brand-new (electric) bicycle thanks to our partnership with lease-a-bike;
