Manager Tax Family Business

• At least 8-10 years of work experience in tax advisory practice, with a focus on Family Business

• A completed degree in Tax Law and/or Tax Economics

• A strong network within the private client segment in South East Brabant

• Entrepreneurship, integrity, and discretion

• Excellent communication skills

• Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and develop a team

As Manager Tax Family Business, you will play a key role in guiding, strengthening, and future-proofing family businesses and (high-net-worth) individuals and (former) entrepreneurs. In this position, you are responsible for developing and implementing a strategic approach that supports both business ambitions and family dynamics. You advise entrepreneurs on growth, governance, succession, wealth transfer, and ownership, and act as a trusted sparring partner for multiple generations within the family.

You build sustainable relationships, identify opportunities and risks, and translate complex issues into clear solutions. Additionally, you work closely with internal specialists to provide integrated services that align with the unique needs of family businesses. With your vision, sensitivity, and entrepreneurship, you contribute to continuity and success. Furthermore, you actively build a strong network within the region and the business community, so that you identify opportunities and develop sustainable relationships that contribute to growth and continuity.
