• A completed university degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a category team or as an assortment specialist.

As an Assortment & Market Data Specialist, you develop a clear vision and approach for Coolblue's assortment. Working in Category Management, you work with Commercial Product Managers and Buyers on frameworks, processes, and tools. Using data and KPIs, you ensure that the assortment keeps getting better.

You create a vision and approach for assortment that works for all of Coolblue and is applicable to all product types or clusters. In Category Management, you collaborate with Commercial Product Managers and Buyers on clear frameworks, improved processes, and smart tools. You maintain the logic behind the assortment, determine KPIs, and provide input to Development, Data Science, and Business Analysis. In this way, you ensure that the assortment gets a little bit better every day.
