Managing pharmacist Boots pharmacy The Hague (32-40 hours)
We are looking for an enthusiastic managing pharmacist for our pharmacy in Utrecht.

The pharmacy
Since 2018, Boots pharmacy Utrecht has been located at the new Stationsplein. Due to the extensive opening hours and its location directly opposite the station and near the entrance of Hoog Catharijne, the pharmacy is ideal for commuters and students. The extensive and exclusive range of health & beauty products and the special treatments make a visit to Boots Utrecht a unique experience. We have an experienced team, with permanent staff, but we also make use of on-call workers for evenings and weekends. We believe it is important that a pleasant working atmosphere and collegiality prevail.

There is good cooperation with the GPs and together we work on the optimal care for our patients. In addition, we focus on the proactive renewal of chronic medication, we are active in offering our baxter service, and we strive for optimal pharmaceutical care by engaging in conversation with our patients about their medication use.

We are looking for a candidate who is resourceful, takes responsibility, and is customer-oriented. You possess good communication and social skills and have a positive work attitude. You are able to collaborate well with your colleague pharmacist(s), the employees, and GPs. You are a true people manager and see it as a challenge to make the pharmacy perform excellently. You know how to take action and do not shy away from a challenge.

In addition, you possess:

• A completed university degree in Pharmacy;
• A completed advanced training as a specialist public pharmacist;
• You already have experience as a managing pharmacist
• Good leadership skills, allowing you to inspire the team and bring them along in developments;
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
• Affinity with Health & Beauty products and their sale.
