What you'll do

  • Ensuring the availability of employees, resources, and systems.
  • Functional management of warehouse employees on the work floor.
  • Coordinating activities based on workload and priorities.
  • Monitoring the correct execution of procedures and work instructions.
  • Identifying deviations in processes and acting adequately upon them.
  • Escalating bottlenecks when necessary.
  • Motivating, guiding, and coaching colleagues.
  • Training employees according to the training plan.
  • Supervising order, cleanliness, safety, and 5S activities.
  • Collecting customer orders according to established work instructions.
  • Receiving, checking, and processing incoming goods.
  • Checking whether cleaning activities are carried out according to agreements.

What will you do?

As Team Coördinator Warehouse, you combine operational activities with a coordinating role on the work floor. You monitor the daily progress of the process and support the team where necessary.
