Senior Tosca Automation Engineer

• You have at least a Bachelor's (HBO) level of working and thinking;
• You have extensive testing experience (minimum 5 years) and expertise in Tosca test automation;
• You have extensive experience in setting up test strategies, configuring test processes and test architecture, and you advise stakeholders and teams on the best way to deploy test automation effectively;
• You are familiar with both Agile and waterfall, can work independently, and can guide teams;
• You have strong communication skills, are persuasive towards stakeholders, can analyze critically, and maintain an overview in complex projects;
• You have a Tosca certification (for example AS1, AS2, AE1, or TA1 Architect) or are willing to obtain one.

Excellent command of the Dutch language is essential for this position. A C1 level is required, with B2 being the minimum acceptable proficiency level.

As a Senior Tosca Test Automation Engineer at Sogeti, you will work with market-leading tooling on strategic test automation that improves applications, accelerates releases, and makes processes more efficient. In your daily work, you set up automated tests, maintain test frameworks, and integrate these into CI/CD pipelines. As an expert, you advise clients on test strategies, optimize processes, and coach colleagues in the effective application of Tosca. You identify areas for improvement, share best practices, and translate market developments, such as AI, into concrete solutions that add immediate value. With your knowledge and expertise, you increase software quality, accelerate release lead times, and make the benefits of test automation visible to teams and clients. In this way, you ensure that every release is reliable, efficient, and future-proof.

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7,101.67 gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance;
