Collections Specialist

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in collections, credit management, or a similar role where customer contact is central.

• You have a strong analytical ability to spot risks and opportunities lightning-fast.

• You are a born negotiator and communicatively rock-solid, even when the conversation is difficult.

• A salary between € 3,600 and € 3,850 gross per month (based on 40 hours).

Your role as Collections Officer
You are the crucial link between an entrepreneur in stormy weather and a sustainable solution. Where others see a problem, you see a challenge. What you will do daily
As a Collections Officer, you are the director of your own files. This is not standard debt collection work. It is a mix of financial analysis and sincere human contact. You work in a driven team where we keep each other sharp and celebrate successes together.

• You take charge of outstanding items and decide for yourself which files require a deep dive or a good conversation with the entrepreneur.

• You make firm agreements regarding payment arrangements and think along about alternative solutions that give the entrepreneur breathing room again.

• You analyze the financial situation of companies to prevent matters from escalating.

• You negotiate at a high level regarding achievable agreements and recovery options.

• You coordinate directly with your colleagues to quickly reach the best, sustainable solutions together.
