This way, with your broad tax background and specific experience in the corporate segment, you know how to adequately advise your corporate clients on relevant tax matters in the corporate segment. You build full-fledged relationships of trust in order to advise optimally.

Furthermore, you apply your experience and customer orientation to the proactive tax advisory of your clients. You have an affinity with, for example, legal restructurings (such as mergers, demergers, acquisitions) and (re)financings. In your daily tax advisory, you strive to relieve your client of as much burden as possible. You do this in close consultation with experienced fellow advisors, specialists, and partners. You have a pioneering role in the development of technical expertise at the office. You also have a coaching role towards (junior) tax specialists. Your portfolio consists mainly of successful companies from the mid-market (with or without a focus on real estate), but larger Dutch corporates and international companies may also belong to your future client base.
