As a Horeca Supervisor, you receive

Your shift as a Horeca Supervisor

During your shift, you are the sounding board and point of contact for the team. You are right in the middle of the floor and lead the team with a healthy dose of energy, overview, and timing. You know exactly who you need where, guard the quality of hospitality and products, and keep the team dynamic strong. Together with your team, you ensure an optimal guest experience. You do this by:

• Coordinating the shift and providing operational support where necessary
• Coaching and training employees in hospitality and service-oriented working
• Seeing opportunities to make processes smarter, faster, or more fun
• Ensuring that everything, from the floor to the display case, looks well-maintained and attractive

Who you are as a Horeca Supervisor

You have experience in hospitality and are ready for a leadership role. Perhaps you previously worked as a senior employee, team leader, or shift leader in hospitality, retail, or catering and now want to grow further. You know how to motivate and lead a team. Furthermore:

Because you will be working at Schiphol, you need an airport pass. We will arrange this for you, but to be eligible, you must have been registered continuously with a Dutch municipality for the past eight years. After your application, a security screening follows that takes approximately four weeks. After that, you can start working behind customs.
