10-15 years of relevant work experience
You can read and interpret technical drawings
Familiar with standards such as NEN 1010 and NEN 3140

As a service technician at Alewijnse, you are the technical pillar for industrial customers and for your team on-site. You ensure that control and electrotechnical installations continue to run optimally — whether it concerns preventive maintenance, fast service, smart improvements, or the installation of a new system. You make the difference.
You will work independently or with colleagues on electrotechnical and control installations within sectors such as food, chemistry, renewable energy, manufacturing, water treatment, and drinking water production. You inspect, test, repair, and commission installations — safely, accurately, and with an eye for the customer.
What exactly you do:
Performing electrotechnical activities
Commissioning motors, PLCs, and frequency converters
Maintenance and service on-site: both preventive and corrective
Technical coordination with the customer, work planner, foreman, and your team on-site
Reading and maintaining revisions and drawings
Guiding colleagues during larger assignments
You are an experienced and solution-oriented technician. You switch easily between collaborating and working independently, enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues, and keep a cool head when something goes wrong.
