You're a skilled electrician with experience in the maritime sector. You enjoy leading others, aren't afraid to make decisions, and always keep an eye on quality, planning, and safety.

As a hands-on foreman, you'll lead a team of 2 to 3 electricians. You'll plan the work, carry out technical tasks yourself, and act as the primary point of contact on site. You'll work closely with the project manager and coordinate daily with various stakeholders both inside and outside the project.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing a detailed work schedule

• Leading your team and setting the right priorities and approach

• Providing progress reports to the project management team

• Acting as the contact point for colleagues, the yard, and external partners
