The QA Operations Expert is responsible for Batch Release and managing the Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions process within Abbott Zwolle. You are the first point of contact for the Operational Group (OG) regarding quality incidents and events, representing the QA departments in this capacity.

Furthermore, the QA Operations Expert is responsible for, among other things:

• Performing administrative tasks and activities related to the batch review and batch release process;

• Developing, planning, implementing, and monitoring the QA portfolio for continuous improvement using trends, complaint data, and product and process quality analyses;

• Actively participating in Key Site Initiatives, business goals, and QA initiatives;

• Project management and specialized support for complex and impactful quality issues;

• Ensuring and consolidating Abbott Laboratories' quality systems specifically for CAPA / QR / AMS / Material Review Board and Management Review Metrics.

• You have a strong and positive quality mindset, with the ability to find the right solutions to further improve the quality of products and processes;

• You have the ability to combine steadfastness with flexibility at the right moments;

• You are curious, love a challenge, and like to take initiative;

• You are a self-starter and are strong in collaborating with diverse disciplines at different levels;

• You are inquisitive, with attention to detail, and you are accurate;

• You are proficient in analyzing root causes using problem-solving tools and in (co)leading multidisciplinary teams

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/ Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Technology;

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an operational QA environment;

• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written;
