Service Technician W in the Netherlands

For our team, we are looking for a Service Technician W who loves freedom, craftsmanship, and satisfied customers.

As a Service Technician W, you will work at Weghorst Installatietechniek: a dedicated and no-nonsense installation company where everyone knows each other and can count on one another. You start your day together with colleagues and then depart independently to your jobs in the area.

As a Service Technician W, you are responsible for the proper functioning of mechanical installations for customers in the region. You primarily work on service, maintenance, and repair tasks within residential construction, often in occupied environments. Additionally, you perform work for insurance companies and private and small business customers.

You have a varied role where no two days are the same. From maintenance to small adjustments: you ensure that installations run optimally again.

You will be involved in:

• Performing maintenance on mechanical installations;

• Troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions in, among others, heating and ventilation systems;

• Performing small installation and adjustment tasks;

• Checking installations and identifying points for improvement;

• Customer contact on location and providing practical advice;

• Carefully recording your activities.

You are an independent technician who takes responsibility and likes to deliver neat work. You think in solutions and find it important that the customer is satisfied.

Additionally:

• Do you have an education in mechanical engineering or installation technology;

• Do you have experience with service and maintenance work (or do you want to develop in this area);

• Can you work well independently;

• Are you in possession of a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain this);

• Do you have a driver's license B;

• Do you have a good command of the Dutch language.
