What is TK Maxx TK Maxx is a department store. Here you will find everything you expect from a department store: beauty products, clothing, shoes, toys, and interior styling. In our department store, you ensure that our customers are happy. For our store management, this means that every day is different, because our deliveries are also different every day.

General Manager As General Manager, you are responsible for the performance of your own TK Maxx department store. Together with the Deputy General Manager and Assistant Store Manager(s), you focus on coaching and developing your team. Together, you show the team how to make customers happy. But also how to safeguard the continuity of the department store and always have the most beautiful presentations.

Together with the District Manager, you define the goals for your department store, and together with your Deputy General Manager, Assistants, and Team Leaders, you execute these in practice. Together, you make your colleagues a little better every day.

TK Maxx

• Have managed multiple teams for several years in the role of Area Manager, District Manager, or Cluster Manager.
• Can be flexible and love a work environment where a lot happens.
• Have no trouble engaging in a conversation in Dutch or English.

You hold ultimate responsibility for sales, achieving KPIs, and monitoring budgets;

• You are responsible for personnel planning and personnel policy, where recruitment and selection, absenteeism, coaching, striving for optimal staffing, and good productivity play a major role;
• You are an example for your managers and team. You motivate, inspire, and develop your team through training and coaching on the job;
• You safeguard the off-price model. With your commercial insight, creativity, and product knowledge, the department store always looks representative.
