Become a security advisor at TK Maxx - The world's largest off-price retailer

As the largest off-price retailer of clothing and home accessories, the safety of our customers is our top priority. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will contribute to this. You will work together with the store management to prevent risks on the shop floor. Together, you will strive for effective conflict resolution and ensure that preventing loss remains a top priority using your excellent communication and social skills, attentiveness, and sense of responsibility.

Experience in dealing with loss and crime is ideal, but not a requirement.

This is what you will do as a security advisor:

• You will work closely with the store team to protect our products and stores
• With your self-drive, commitment, and resilience, you will handle external theft situations professionally and efficiently
• There is a nice balance between customer-oriented activities and working behind the scenes (investigations, analyses, and feedback)
• You will check theft prevention measures in loss-sensitive areas of the store
• You will support customer service and respond to portal alarms

And this is what you can expect from us:

• A competitive salary
• Full-time contract
• An extensive training program, so that you can get the best out of yourself in this role.

With us, diversity is not a trend, but something that has been the foundation of our organization for more than 40 years. At TK Maxx, we guarantee a dynamic workplace where you can be yourself and reach your full potential. We offer extensive support for you and your family, concrete career growth opportunities, and a variety of development programs.
