At Swapfiets, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion. We are proud of the steps we have already taken, but know that there is still work to be done. Research shows that people from underrepresented groups often hesitate to apply if they do not meet all the requirements – but we don't always tick all the boxes either! We value equal opportunities, unique perspectives, and diverse experiences. So even if you do not (yet) see yourself in our team, we encourage you to apply – because together we go further!
