The role

As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be part of the Finance team within Stichd. You will work closely with the Senior Accounts Payable Clerk and report to the Teamlead Accounts Payable & Treasury. You have extensive experience in a similar role, preferably gained in an international environment.

You enjoy - together with your colleagues - thinking along about continuous process improvements and you take responsibility for this.

You have a strong affinity for systems and enjoy making the most of them.

We find it important that you fit within the corporate culture. You are a hard worker, meticulous, and feel responsible for your tasks. But in addition, you are also level-headed, down-to-earth, and possess a healthy dose of humor.

What you'll do

Registering, coding, and posting purchase invoices via our digital Accounts Payable automation application Medius;
Creating posting templates;
Monitoring suspense accounts and vendor cards;
Maintaining contact with suppliers and internal customers;
Thinking along with and driving process improvements;
Contributing to other ad-hoc activities within the department.

Your Talent

You have at least MBO (plus) working and thinking ability. Preferably with an education in a financial direction;
You have experience in financial administration;
You are meticulous;
You think in solutions;
You are proactive;
You are stress-resistant and know how to handle tight deadlines;
Good knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
Knowledge of Medius (AP Automation) is a plus;
Affinity with automation systems;
Good command of Dutch and English is a must.

This position is located in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.

To be eligible for this position, you must already have the right to work in the Netherlands. We will not apply for work or residence permits.
