As a Linux System Administrator at Stedin, you will build and manage an OT platform that keeps the energy grid of more than a million people running.
Why working at Stedin gives you energy:

What you'll do
Working on a mission-critical platform with enormous societal impact.
Developing automation, digitalization, and data within the energy transition.
Taking leadership within your team and contributing to technical direction and development.
On Monday mornings, you start with a week start together with your sub-team. As a senior, you take the lead: you determine the direction, distribute the work, and coordinate what you will deliver this week. Afterwards, you dive into project meetings and translate architectural frameworks into concrete solutions.
On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you work on improvements to the platform. You resolve bugs, automate processes, and coordinate with colleagues and SecOps to further strengthen security. You work both from home and on-site and coordinate regularly with teams in Rotterdam.
Thursday is your fixed office day in Delft. In the team meeting, you discuss what is coming your way from a strategic perspective and what this means for your work and processes. Later in the day, you share knowledge in a technical session, in which colleagues introduce each other to new techniques and solutions.
In between, you also regularly visit data centers in Rotterdam, Gouda, or Utrecht. There, you work together with colleagues on challenges and ensure that the infrastructure continues to run optimally.
On Friday, you look back on the week: what have you achieved, what has been completed, and where are the remaining bottlenecks? You ensure everything is handed over properly and lay out the first lines for the following week.
How you'll work
Flexible working: 50% from home and 50% at the office (fixed team day on Thursday in Delft).
