We didn't become Europe's leading e-commerce shipping platform by playing it safe. Sendcloud powers 30,000+ online retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment companies. Helping them ship smarter, grow faster, and actually get shit done for their customers. Boring logistics? Not here. We're building the platform that solves shipping, at scale, globally!

Product Marketing at Sendcloud sits at the heart of how we grow - connecting the platform we build to the merchants who depend on it. As Head of Product Marketing, you will define how our products reach the market, how customers realise their full value, and how we use AI and data to do both at scale. This is a rare opportunity to own positioning, pricing, go-to-market, and customer lifecycle under one roof - and to build a team that sets the commercial standard for a platform used by tens of thousands of businesses across Europe.

• As the Head of Product Marketing, you own how Sendcloud brings products to market - from early positioning and pricing decisions through to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• You lead both Product Marketing and Customer Marketing, ensuring a seamless connection between what we build, how we price it, and how customers grow with it over time.
• Your remit spans the full commercial lifecycle: defining value propositions, enabling Sales and Customer Success, and running lifecycle programmes that drive expansion and reduce churn.
• You combine long-term strategic ownership with a hands-on approach - comfortable shaping annual GTM strategy one day and refining launch messaging or interviewing customers the next.
• You report directly to the VP Marketing and play a key role in shaping Sendcloud's product strategy through market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Define and own Sendcloud's positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products, markets, and customer segments - keeping them sharp as we scale.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and strategic initiatives, from early framing through to launch and iteration.
• Own pricing and packaging, ensuring our commercial offering reflects customer value and drives revenue growth.
• Build and run customer marketing programmes that increase adoption, drive expansion, and reduce churn - across onboarding, lifecycle, and advocacy.
• Turn market, customer, and competitor insights into actionable input for product strategy and sales enablement.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with the messaging, tools, and content they need to win and grow accounts.
• Drive AI and automation adoption within the team to increase output quality, speed, and personalisation at scale.
• Lead, develop, and hire a high-performing Product and Customer Marketing team.

• You think in systems, leverage, and scalable growth - you're not just solving today's problem, you're building the capability that makes tomorrow easier.
• You are highly execution-oriented and comfortable rolling up your sleeves: strategy means nothing until it ships.
• You thrive in fast-moving environments and find energy in building teams, processes, and new capabilities from the ground up.

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing or a related B2B SaaS discipline.
• Proven track record leading product positioning, go-to-market execution, pricing, packaging, and customer growth initiatives.
• Experience building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS growth models, customer lifecycle marketing, and product-led growth principles.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI, automation, and data to improve marketing effectiveness and scale impact.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you can align a room of engineers, salespeople, and executives around a single narrative.

• 💩 No bullshit: Big egos suck. Be open, honest and transparent. Share your mistakes openly and learn from them. Don't just talk about problems, solve them.
• 🎯 Grow & win: Be highly curious, adaptable & proactive. Embrace discomfort and change. Keep an open mindset and learn from others. You invest in our growth, so we invest in yours.
• 🎠 Have fun: Work hard, laugh harder. Not everything has to be serious. Be yourself, especially if you're the good kind of crazy. Sendcloud is an adventure, not a corporate maze, enjoy the ride.
