Security Officer The Hague

Securitas is an international security organization with over 5,000 colleagues in the Netherlands and active in 44 countries. Our mission is clear: we help make your world a safer place. We combine craftsmanship, technology, and data to ensure security for our clients. At Securitas, every day you contribute together with your colleagues not only to a safer world today, but also to the security solutions of the future.

Europe's oldest parliamentary complex still in use is currently undergoing thorough renovation. While Dutch politics continues at another location, security is still required for the Binnenhof. Securitas is permitted to carry out this task.

We are present at the access gates and in the central control room. In the control room, we keep an eye on the entire complex. As a dispatcher, you direct mobile security officers to resolve matters on location. Additionally, you work closely with the fire watch and the head of security. To be able to start working in the control room, several years of experience as a dispatcher is necessary.

At the access gates, you welcome and register registered visitors to the construction site. This varies from prominent political figures or media to construction workers and contractors working on the renovation. You are responsible for letting construction traffic in and out and checking whether documents are correct. You do this according to strict procedures and safety guidelines. The mornings are very busy, so acting quickly and accurately is no problem for you.

We look forward to your response and are happy to answer any questions you may have about working at this unique location in the heart of the center of The Hague!
