The starting salary for this position is between € 3,500 and € 5,500 gross per month. We determine the final salary based on your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an extensive package of secondary employment benefits:

OnLogic is looking for an organized, people-oriented, and detail-oriented HR Generalist to strengthen our European team in Oosterhout. At OnLogic, we believe that our success begins with our people. As an HR Generalist, you play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening this culture. You are responsible for HR management and the further professionalization of our office in Oosterhout. You not only ensure that all administrative and operational HR processes run smoothly, but you are also the trusted point of contact for our employees and managers. Additionally, you work closely with the broader (international) HR team to take our unique 'Employee Experience' to an even higher level.

On an average day...

• You are a sparring partner for our managers and employees; you offer requested and unrequested advice on complex HR issues, from personal development to challenging cases.
• You safeguard the 'Employee Journey'; you ensure a flawless onboarding and offboarding experience, conduct in-depth exit interviews, and translate this feedback into concrete improvement actions.
• You bridge the gap to our international colleagues; you communicate regularly with our global HR team in the US to flawlessly translate global projects (such as talent development or new tools) into Dutch practice.
• You take charge of absenteeism and vitality; you proactively guide reintegration processes in accordance with the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter) and contribute ideas for initiatives to keep our team healthy and energetic.
• You bring structure to the dynamics; you ensure that HR administration and systems (HRIS/ATS) are flawlessly in order, because you know better than anyone that a strong foundation is crucial for reliable HR data.
• You contribute to the growth; you support the recruiter with recruitment activities and actively contribute ideas on how we can position OnLogic even more strongly as a top employer.
