AI Marketing Traineeship

How? Meet our AI Marketing Traineeship.

You will build the ON2IT marketing machine of the future. Not as a spectator, but as a builder. You will work AI-first on content, campaigns, events, and automations. You won't spend two years just observing before you are allowed to do something. You will deliver from day one.

You go through three levels. You determine the pace. There are no fixed months attached to each level. You flow through when you can demonstrate it.

Level 1: Executor

You get to know ON2IT: our customers, our tone, our position in the market. You write your first LinkedIn posts via Claude, generate images via Claude, Adobe Firefly, or Canva, and help build the prompt library that keeps ON2IT marketing running. You critically assess AI output for brand value.

Level 2: Orchestrator

You build workflows that automate tasks. A campaign from briefing to publication, fully documented and repeatable. You manage an event from A to Z. Your prompt library grows and improves. Every month, you present to the team what you have built and what the results are.

Level 3: Strategist

You evaluate the marketing system as a whole. You identify what is missing and build it, without anyone asking you to. You transfer your knowledge to colleagues and act as a sparring partner for the Marketing Manager on campaign and content strategy.

12 months. At month 6, there is an interim evaluation. At month 12, your permanent appointment is formalized.

In addition to a real entry into the world of AI-first marketing, we offer:

• Salary: € 2,600 gross per month during the traineeship

• Perspective: Permanent appointment as an all-round AI-native marketer after 12 months

• Guidance: Weekly 1:1 with the Marketing Manager. You drive the agenda.

• Responsibility: Real projects, not internship projects

• Learning: Certifications via HubSpot Academy and Frankwatching, Canva Pro license

• Location: Zaltbommel (NL) with the possibility of hybrid working

This traineeship is designed for people who want to become the top 10% in AI-native marketing. Your development is our priority. You will be surrounded by experts in cybersecurity and marketing, and you will work with the latest AI tools as a standard way of working, not as an experiment.

We don't ask for five years of experience. We ask for aptitude, curiosity, and the willingness to think differently than you were trained.

• HBO or WO degree in communication, marketing, or a related field

• Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)

• Affinity with B2B or technology

• You write sharp and error-free Dutch

• English at a professional level

You have completed the traineeship and finished the first 12 months. What follows?

You will enter permanent employment as an all-round AI-native marketer. Depending on your growth and interests, several directions are possible:

• Deepening in campaign strategy and B2B marketing

• Specialization in AI automation and workflow architecture

• Growth into a senior role within the marketing team

• Certifications in advanced AI tooling and marketing platforms

Important: there is no ceiling on your development. We want to see you grow into the top 10%.

• You possess a European passport for the security screening

• You live within a maximum of 45 minutes' travel distance from our office in Zaltbommel

• You are available for 40 hours per week

• You speak and write fluent Dutch and professional English
