Production Worker (Technical & Craft)

NX Filtration produces membrane filters used worldwide to filter the smallest contaminants from water. Think of contaminants such as nanoplastics, organic substances, dyes, pharmaceutical residues, bacteria, and viruses. This has resulted in new and simple processes for water treatment, wastewater reuse, and drinking water production. NX Filtration's motto is "clean and affordable water for everyone". In 2024, an entirely new, highly modern factory in Hengelo was commissioned.

As a production worker in our Module Production department, you will make the membrane filters that our customers use to create clean drinking water. Your activities are very diverse. After on-the-job training, you will be able to make your contribution in multiple areas within the production department. It is important that you are motivated and have a strong desire to learn and grow. You will work in a technical production environment where quality, safety, and precision are central.

Your duties include

• Processing our products.

• Mixing and carefully preparing chemicals.

• Accurately operating machines and production equipment.

• Controlling installations via computer systems.

• Performing visual quality controls.

• Administratively processing control and production data.

• Repetitively performing precise production steps according to schedule.

• Wrenching and performing light maintenance on equipment.

• You possess a VMBO+ or an MBO diploma at level 1 or 2, preferably in a technical field.

• You have a positive and eager-to-learn attitude.

• Reliability and accuracy in your work.

• Flexibility to take on new tasks and responsibilities.

• You work safely and are quality-conscious.

• You are flexible, social, and good at organizing your own work.

• You are available full-time in day shifts from 07:00 to 16:00.

• Shadowing/participating for half a day is a requirement. This way, you will get a good idea of where you will be working.
