As a Meeting & Events Specialist (f/m/d), you are responsible for the processing and organization of all events for meetings, incentives, conferences, events, and groups, as well as their detailed planning in direct cooperation with the clients.

As a Meeting & Events Specialist, you are responsible for selling and organizing events at NH Conference Centre Koningshof. Meeting & Events can include meetings, congresses, gala dinners, and other events. You take care of the sales, which includes negotiations, but also the further preparations to make every event a success. You are the point of contact for the event contact person and you ensure that everything is tightly organized, so that every guest ultimately experiences a unique experience. Additionally, you ensure clear communication with colleagues from the executing departments and contribute to refining the service level in the hotel.

Finally, during large events, you are also an event manager, whereby you ensure that the entire event runs smoothly and you act as a central coordinator between the operational departments and the guest.
